Crown Technologies is a Job coating company with Electro Deposition(ED) Coating, Powder coating, Shot blasting and Spray painting facilities for Automotive and Engineering parts started by well experienced professionals for giving coating Solutions and corrosion prevention solutions to customers.
S.Veeraragavan Chemical Engineer with experience in Ashok Leyland, Hindustan Motors, Visteon and TVS Motors
A.Edayachandran, Automobile Engineer with experience in Hindustan Motors, Hyundai Motors, Renault Nissan and Skoda.
Both plants are headed by technocrats to meet customer requirements on Delivery and Quality.
We have 3 ED coating lines, One Conveyroised powder coating and two batch powder coating lines and one hanger type 3 wheel automatic shot blasting machine and one conveyorized painting line and two batch painting lines.
We are approved by all OEMs like Hyundai, Renault Nissan, Ford, General Motors, Daimler, Ashok Leyland, Tafe, Royal Enfield, Yahama etc and coating parts to their Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies.
Both the plants are IATF 16949 certified by IR Q Class and CQI 12 approved by customers ED plants are PLC controlled fully automatic plants with paints and chemicals from Robust MNCs
